Hi I am Nariman Najem owner of The Ink Academy . I was born in 1989 in Lebanon and I’ve been in Canada for 8 years . I studied accounting and financing in CNAM University in Lebanon and upon completing, I then got married and I moved to this beautiful country (Canada, the country of respect and freedom ).
When I arrived here I applied for many jobs according to my education but then I got pregnant and I started looking for something I can do from home . The first thing came to my mind is tattooing eyebrows as I knew it was still in high demand, I started looking for microblading academy because microblading was the newest trend of eyebrows that was and still is highly recommended) so I went and I did the course and my eyebrows journey started from (Nov 26/ 2016 ).
I love my job , I love beauty and I love my customers. I started with microblading eyebrows then my customers started asking me for lashes extensions, then I worked with lashes, and threading eyebrows. Powder eyebrows started hitting the industry, so absolutely I did an ombré and combo brows course. Adding services never ends so I started looking for upgrading more and more courses. Next step was doing permanent makeup (tattoo eyeliner and lip blush) . As we can see the last year, skin treatment is very important and popular, so absolutely I did a Micro-needling and BB glow courses .
So my last 4 years was full of (go, go, go…) I was busy doing new courses, upgrading , making lots of money buying a new house and having more kids and travelling of course for fun.
I love my life and my licensed home business so much, I recommend each women to do her own business, be her own boss and work hard to be successful.
